「We showed up to Thousand Trails Leavenworth during a power outage, after a 12-hour drive over slick, icy, and fallen rock-strewn roads during (apparently) a storm-of-the-century type situation. Also, although the address is "Leavenworth", it is actually closer to Plain, a twisty jaunt about 30 minutes outside of Leavenworth. I was tired, cold, and cranky. Luckily, I had called ahead to explain we would be late and the welcome packet was right where the staff said it would be, easy to retrieve....
