Welcome to an exceptional holiday apartment located within Alcazaba Lagoon, an exclusive residential resort in Casares / Estepona, one of the most sought-after areas on the Costa del Sol. The resort is known for its contemporary Mediterranean architecture, elegant, whitewashed buildings, and more than 40,000 m² of beautifully landscaped tropical gardens.



Guests enjoy privileged access to Europe's first Crystal Lagoon, a spectacular turquoise lagoon with a private sandy beach, reserved exclusively for residents and registered guests.



APARTMENT OVERVIEW

This contemporary first-floor apartment seamlessly integrates the features of both a studio with open plan living, kitchen and bedroom and a one-bedroom unit with open plan living and kitchen. Bedroom with en suite bathroom. It sleeps 4 persons.



Ideal for families or couples, the apartment provides direct access to premium on-site amenities within a serene and secure environment.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of resort facilities, including paddleboarding, kayaking, sauna, and massage treatments (subject to availability and at an additional cost). You can also visit the on-site restaurant offering international cuisine or relax at the cosy chiringuito by the lagoon.

The use of all Lagoon facilities is included when staying as a resident within Alcazaba Lagoon. External visitors are required to purchase a wristband, which grants access to the Lagoon at a cost of approximately €60 per person per day. Taking this into account, the inclusion of the wristband as part of your holiday stay represents excellent added value, helping to keep your stay both luxurious and economically well-controlled.

WRISTBAND POLICY

Wristbands are issued according to the number of registered guests per apartment and allow access to shared facilities such as the Crystal Lagoon, pools, gym, and communal areas.

•Visitors or non-registered guests must purchase a separate wristband to access shared facilities

•Visitor wristbands cost $60 per day per person

•Access and pricing may vary depending on season and wristband type

•Resident-only services (such as designated sunbeds) are not included

The apartment is ideally located just 100 meters from the Crystal Lagoon and its private sandy beach. Within the same short walking distance, you will find the Alcazaba Lagoon restaurant, perfect for relaxed Mediterranean dining.

Major supermarkets such as Mercadona and Aldi, as well as the nearest bus station, are only 3 km away. The beautiful sandy beaches of Estepona, along with its charming town center and historic old town filled with restaurants and boutiques, can be reached within a 4-km drive.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required at check-in. This amount is held via credit card pre-authorization and will be released after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
