"Beautifull house in marvelous setting with stunning views in all directions. The guests stay on the first floor of the house, but that is in no way an issue; we had our own terrace on the ground floor with a beautfull shaded open kitchen and infinity pool, a real one. The owners, two brothers, are very nice and friendly, and full of advice and stories, yet at the same time remain at distance to let you have your holiday. "Très belle villa et service/accueil impeccable. La villa est belle, grande, en très bel état et nous avons pu passer la plupart du temps en extérieur, avec ses cuisine, barbecue et piscine. La situation centrale oblige à prendre la voiture, mais permet de visiter autant le nord, le sud et le centre ouest, ce que nous n’avons pas manqué de faire. "What a delightful small hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is beautiful, and the hotel itself is a rather luxurious boutique property with a Michelin-starred restaurant on-site. It’s perfect for hikers and for those seeking peace and relaxation. Just keep in mind — this isn’t a beach resort: no palm trees, no sandy shores, and probably not the best spot if you're hoping to tan all day."

"Excellent mountain view, breakfast, and staff. My only complaint was the lack of sidewalk from the hotel to the city centre. This is not the hotel’s fault. We took a car from the hotel, as we did not feel safe walking on the road, especially at night. There is not much of a shoulder, and the drivers tended to drive quite fast!"

"The property is delightful. It’s very olde world charm. However there are no parking facilities and clients have to be transported from public car parks around the town. This was not made clear or we would not have booked. Taking a car to the hotel is impossible and you only find this out when following the sat nav and getting stuck in a narrow street. I requested some milk from one of the receptionist for our tea in the room and was very disappointed in her haughty response. She would give me some hot milk as a favour but if I wanted cold I would have to pay for it!!! Otherwise she could direct me to a bus stop and I could go into town. There are no grocery shops in the vicinity. Definite attitude problem. Breakfast was fine except for the mushroom omelette which was grey and watery. Very unappetising. Atmosphere in the breakfast room was also intimidating. I was so looking forward to this hotel and of the ones we staying in during our trip, it was overall the one I would be the least likely to book again and certainly would not recommend. "
