"What an amazing hotel. The attention to detail on the refurb of the property is phenomenal. Once the tennis court, spa etc are completed this will easily be high hundreds per night. We visited all the other properties in the surrounding area and nothing came close to this hotel. The food and drinks were also brilliant - best meal we had in Tuscany was in the hotel. My only suggestions would be to rotate the staff more - they seemed slightly over worked. Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in."

"Amazing boutique hotel. Pool is amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing and so clean and bed were very comfortable. Parking is easy and convenient. Breakfast had good options nd good poolside lunch as well."

"The outside area and views are really what makes this villa so special and unique. Once you get used to the quite tricky dirt track (10 mins long and dont come in a sports car!) You feel more relaxed. We were scared to go out after arriving. You cant just nip to a shop or restaurant so be prepared to drive everywhere. Night time driving is an adventure, we saw a wild boar and a giant porcupine on our treks. The villa was very hot especially in the south facing bedrooms so keep the shutters closed. We had a heatwave so struggled at night sleeping. The villa is very rustic and feels quite dark but that is the character. You really sit outside 95% of the time as it is simply stunning. The table with the arch window was where we ate, played cards and chatted by candlelight. Superb. Take binoculars for star gazing as there us zero light pollution so you can see everything. Book Serena to cook at least once, and dont leave any food or she will make you eat it haha. That was one of our best nights. Must seesSan Gimignano and Siena our top 2. The sentier Elsa trail out side colle val D'elsa is stunning. Waterfalls and turquoise pools. Google it before you go its 30 mins away. Book a wine tour at Frattoria Pomona with Monica if you can. She is fabulous. If you want to see Florence go at 8am. We got there too late to park anywhere snd sat in traffic for over an hour. We gave up. Montepulciano is worth a visit too. All in all 10/10 holiday"

"I stayed here for my solo travels for my 40th birthday and I really enjoyed every moment. The staff was exceptional and took care of so many sweet details for me and really made me feel so special for my birthday wknd. Although I traveled solo, I was never lonely or alone here in the best ways possible! Their vineyard, which is off site, was beautiful and the restaurant there at the vineyard is out of this world! The restaurant on site is also great and breakfast was so fresh. My only complaint is that I wish there was someone to help with bags upon arrival. Trying to get my bags to the 2nd floor was rough haha!"

"A clean spacious room and bathroom overlooking a vineyard. Tea, coffee and water in the room. 20mins drive to Siena, 5 mins to Monteriggioni which has some lovely restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast: Could have been alittle better. We stayed for 3 nights and it was the same everyday. Croissants, yoghurt, cheese + cold meat. Would be nice to have some healthy options like fruits, cereals / museli, eggs. We were to the Conrad supermarket (10mins drive away) to get some avocado, fruit and snacks. The restaurant is downstairs, can be noisy on the weekends till late."
