The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. "It’s sold as it is in Madrid snd close to the airport BUT IT IS NOT IN MADRID AND IT IS NOT CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. It is in ALCALA DE HENARES which is a very nice town anyway. "

"Nos tocó la habitación 3 y la verdad era un baño con cama doble. El baño todo, pileta, inodoro y duchero NO tiene puerta. Ni siquiera una cortina. NADA Los ruidos, los olores, la luz en la noche son realmente un incordio. O se pelearon con el fabricante de puertas o sino no se entiende el concepto. En qué cabeza cabe poner un inodoro sin aislamiento visual, sonoro y de olor junto a una cama?"
