「Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

「It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. 「The studio is about a 25 minute walk from the train station—easily walkable if you have one rolling bag. Otherwise, cab is convenient and under 10 pounds. Excellent communication re: self check-in. Our unit was atop 20 steps and an ‘attic’ unit with short ceilings on one half, which was a bit of a challenge for us at over 6’ tall. We managed fine, however. The building too is quite new and well kept.We loved being able to walk in to the centre of Oxford in around 35 mins (despite the weather) but did look at using Uber or Bolt, neither of which serve the area interestingly… at least when we visited.Nice place to stay. 」
