The daytime receptionist is one of the most welcoming receptionists ever! The price for this hotel is very budget friendly. The location is great for restaurants and proximity to the beach. The air-conditioning is wonderful and is maintained at a comfortable temperature day and night. There is a good selection of soft drinks and bottles of water to choose from at the front of the hotel.

This hotel was infected with roaches. It's old and zero maintenance. Windows broken and insects crawl im the room. Please pay a little more and stay in a good place. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! IT SHOULD BE CLOSED AND NOT OPERATING.

The people at the front desk are very rude. My Spanish is not perfect, but I can communicate very well with most all Spanish speakers. The people at the front desk intentionally speak so you cannot understand their Spanish and when you ask them to talk slower, they refuse. One time when I called, they hung up on me. The general manager does speak English, but the people at the front desk will not let people know that they have someone that speaks English. Also, no hot water.

Sencillo, familiar, solo 3 parqueos.

Hotel sencillo, lo escogí por el precio que aparece como asequible en una zona que no lo es y porque decía que tenía parqueo. Efectivamente es un hotel sencillo familiar, nada lujoso pero solo tiene 3 parqueos al frente, si llegas temprano lo logras, si no, te toca dejarlo en la calle. Camas cómodas, buen aseo, una cucaracha, en el closet que tienen los estantes rotos. Cerca hay restaurantes y playa a dos cuadras. Personal puede mejorar en la amabilidad. Tv, ducha agua fria, aire acondicionado.
