The pictures on the website does not reflect how uncomfortable are the rooms, particularly the bed and bedlining. The breakfast was not only poor and limited but also the bread had mold spores.

1) We rented two rooms. When we checked in, one room we and maintaince could not get in. The other had black mold in the bathroom. We got two new rooms 2) Second set of rooms, both had black mold. We pointed this out to the staff, who refused to refund our money for the stay, so we could go someplace reasonable. 3) When checking out, I found $ 660 had been STOLEN from me and my wifes clothing left in the room by the cleaning staff, as well as her headphones. We reported this to the company. No action was taken. Note: I have NEVER left a negative review like this before. I am very flexible. This is just impossibly bad.

La atención de las recepcionistas y del personal en general Excelente!! El aseo en la habitación muy deficiente, hongos en el baño, entre las tabletas y en la cortina; manchas en el piso de la habitación que con buen aseo se pudieron retirar, en el balcón no realizaban limpieza. Muy incómodo el lugar del inodoro para personas de gran tamaño. Las perillas de la ducha en mal estado y con mucho hongo Ruido por turbinas que se encuentran en la parte de afuera del hotel (vecinos). Poco espacio para almacenaje de equipaje La cama y las mesitas de noche son en cemento y con baldosa Las toallas deterioradas No hay sitio para el tema de trabajo (mesa en la habitación o recinto externo) Lo que pagó la estadía en el hotel fue: 1. la Vista del atardecer "espectacular". 2. el talento humano "excelente"

I didnt like anything about the property it was old and needed a lot of work and renovation s terrible service .the a.c systems were old and didnt work had to switch rooms twice because of that.maid service was terrible they wouldnt give you clean towels hen asked an essential thing.i give this property a bad review would not recommend it to anyone.

Ist das Geld nicht wert. Selbst 2 Sterne wären zu viel. Das sehr in die Jahre gekommenene Hotel wurde und wird teilweise renoviert. Viel Pfusch und es wird kein Wert aufs Detail gelegt. Lautes Hotel. Türen mit Karte waren dreimal defekt. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Pésimo servicio, muy demorado, se realizó el pago y al momento de dejar las instalaciones del hotel me volvieron a pedir el pago diciendo que no había pagado y casi no me dejan salir del hotel por eso, hasta que pude comprobar que si había pagado, mucho descontrol, y las habitaciones muy fea he incómodas

El hotel está muy descuidado. No hay protocolos de bioseguridad. La comida es muy mala y en el restaurante cada quien sirve lo que quiere, lo cual es muy riesgoso en tiempos de pandemia. Retiraron la tv por cable de las habitaciones y pusieron tdt y la señal es de muy mala calidad.

el hotel es viejo. los cuartos parecen de motheles. un poco descuidado, pero en la habitacion 1601 senti una paz y tranquilidad. y la vista hacia al mar fue super reconfortante. descubri cosas de mi misma que no me di cuenta. el sueño fue profundo. gracias
