Great location in the center of everything . Three minutes from the clock and 5 from the sea ports where must of the tours take place. Cleaned and staff was supper friendly. Easy checking and check out. Good air conditioning and comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Ganem Suites Cartagena. Our suite was very clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and we'd especially like to thank Mr. Marcos. He made our check-in process smooth. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend Ganem Suites Cartagena to anyone visiting the city. We would happily stay here again!

The property is more of an apartment rather than a hotel. Very clean and quiet. The rental that we got had a kitchenette for use. Very central location and easily walkable to everything in the walled city and about a 15 min walk to Getsemani.

The property itself is beautiful, but the guest policy was frustrating. If an additional guest is not present at check-in due to a delayed flight or arriving on a different day, adding them later becomes a hassle. Communication is also handled almost entirely through WhatsApp by someone off-site, which made resolving issues more difficult than expected. This was my second stay, and I was hoping for a better experience than my first, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I ended up checking out early, and my girlfriend's watch was stolen during our stay. While the property looks great, I would recommend being cautious with valuables. Overall, I would choose a different hotel next time.

Unless you speak Spanish prepare for an issue. Although requested clean towels daily in 8 days we got once. Same with housekeeping, there is no place to dispose of trash. Room was fine and beautiful building. Very safe and amazing location. No ice or water available on premises-2 block.

The rooms are updated and very clean and comfortable. The staff are incredibly attentive, nice and very accommodating. Staff also assisted with tours and provided information regarding local places to visit. The location is excellent and within walking distance from historical sites, restaurants, bars, grocery store etc. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel and will highly recommend it!

Staff was lovely and very attentive. Rooms were clean. Layout of the room was not ideal. I booked a one bed classic apartment and the picture showed a couch for a separate sitting area but I did not have that in my room. I had a wooden chair that was not for sitting. It would be nice to have a sitting area with a couch and a table as well.

Staff was kind and accommodating. Front desk security was always friendly. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower and sink fixtures were loose. The kitchenette was convenient. The coffee maker didn’t work, but was replaced quickly. The air conditioner was the best part of the stay!!!
