The house is adequately away from crowded tourist facilities, yet at the right distance for people who want to take advantage of bars, restaurants, also in Mar de Criatal itself. It is 7 km from the La Manga Peninsula, 10 km from Cape Cabo de Palos known as one of the best places for diving in mainland Spain and 25 km from the historic city of Cartagena. The house is 3 km away from the expressway, which guarantees a quick transfer to these places. This is a great pleace to stay for short vacation, and long stay, especially looking a sun weather in winter.

Local trails (SL) are shorter than 10 km, short-distance trails are between 10 and 50 km, and long-distance trails (GR) are longer than 50 km.

Two comfortable bedrooms with large beds and built-in wardrobes provide comfortable rest for 4 people. In addition, the sofa in the living room has a sleeping function for 2 additional people.
