This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse on the beach in Los Nietos. It has 3 patios.2 upstairs and 1 at the front of the property overlooking the beach with views of the Marina. There is a large kitchen, separate living room downstairs along with 3 large bedrooms. 1 full bathroom with shower and another bathroom with vanity, sink and toilet. Upstairs there is a dining area with a small kitchen with fridge freezer sink and cupboards. No need to go downstairs for drinks when lounging on the balcony over looking the lake. There is a full bathroom with corner bath/shower and 1 other bedroom.
