"‘booked a family suite and in the itinerary it said it’s a room with 3 queen sized beds. There were only 2 beds, and there were 6 of us. When we ordered the complimentary breakfast some had extra charges, and a few minutes later we were told that one of the order which they said was complimentary was not—so we had to pay for it. We travelled with a baby, she kept crying during the night and couldnt sleep coz the fire alarm kept ringing, we had to call 2x bec it keeps on ringing. They were stains...
