「Staff was very welcoming at check-in. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Amenities were deficient: ice machine broken (we desperately need ice after driving all day in 103 degrees), no hair dryer so I couldn’t shower, air conditioner buttons were broken, no coffee in the room and no water in the keurig coffee machine in the lobby so we couldn’t get coffee in the morning. We are accustomed to those amenities in low budget hotels.」
