「The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better.」

「This was listed as an “apartment” when in reality it was Motel 6. I had to prepay to be able to book this non-refundable listing rated 10/10. When my family and I arrived, I was told that I couldn’t stay there and that I was on a “Do Not Rent List”. They either couldn’t or wouldn’t give me the information to call and investigate this issue (I have never stayed at a Motel 6 before). 「The apartment itself was great, but we booked with the intention of being able to use the pool, upon arrival we go to the pool only to find out that it is closed. We were not notified of this and would probably not have booked had we known the pool wasn’t accessible. On the last day of our 3 day stay the pool was finally reopened, as we tried going into the pool early in the day we had issues because we didn’t have a key fob to get into the pool. 「Drove 5 hours. No property access. No response from host. Spent 1.5 hours trying to message host and with VRBO trying to sort situation. VRBO cancelled the rental. We sat parked, in the dark, on a side street. Ended up booking our own hotel accomodations. Highly inconvenient...and the last thing you want to deal with after a day of driving. 」
