「Nightmare booking. Travelers beware. The "parking" is just someone elses driveway on the side of the highway. You need to walk along the side of a poorly lit road to get to the access door, and then its a 10min hike up the hill to your eventual accomodation.When we finally made it to our Starbox, the rooms were not properly sealed so there were bugs all over the pillows/bed when we opened the door. 「Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. 」

「過密スケジュールでイライラした気持ちでこのホテルに着いたが、フロントの方始めとするスタッフさん方の人間的なホスピタリティに和んだ。ラスペツイアからバスで向かった。バス停からも分かりやすいし。周りにも飲食店が多く、数分歩くとスーパーもある。宿泊は月曜日の夜1泊でしたが、月曜の夜はホテルのレストランが休みだとかで、ホテルで食べられなかったのが残念。代わりに徒歩数分のリストランテに通いつめて、そこのスタッフたちと仲良くなったのでよしとしよう。」
