Bright and inviting space featuring warm wood-style flooring, a cozy queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), two plush leather swivel chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. Slide open the glass doors to catch the ocean breeze from high-top balcony seating. Fully equipped with full-size appliances, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and coffee maker, everything you need to prepare family meals.

Primary Suite (Upstairs): Rest easy in a luxurious King bed with a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and open windows to take in the cool onshore breeze.
Guest Bedroom (Upstairs): Ideal for kids or friends, outfitted with two comfortable Twin beds. The upper level features a double-vanity bathroom with a glass-and-tile walk-in shower. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the main floor.

Community & Outdoor Amenities
Resort Features: Access to two gated community pools (heated through winter), a hot tub, poolside bathrooms, and outdoor showers. Includes gated parking for 1 vehicle.
We provide 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella (with sand digger), and 2 boogie boards stored right by the front door.

The Carpinteria Beach is equipped with public restrooms and outdoor showers. Summer pop-up rentals (kayaks and surfboards) are right around the corner.

You can truly leave your car behind. Downtown Carpinteria’s popular restaurants, cafes, and shops are all within a 5-to-10-minute walk (under 0.5 miles).

-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $350/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
