A little gem!

We had the best few days at Bastide Oliviers. Fanny is a fantastic host, lots of lovely homely touches including homemade jam and fresh lemonade. The gite is on the outskirts of Carpentras and is a complete haven. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere but are only minutes from all the facilities. The apartment is large, we are a family of 5 and it was lovely and spacious. It has a nice balcony that we ate out on each evening. Although the apartment is part of the owners house Fanny is very discreet. It was well situated to see the sites of Provence and even further afield. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Wir haben hier zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Die Zimmer sind alle geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist erstklassig ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool mit seinen vielen Liegegelegenheiten ist toll. Fanny ist als Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt.

Nette Gastgeber, aber kein "Ganzes Ferienhaus" oder Villa

Angeboten wird dieses Haus auf der fewo-direkt Seite als "Ganzes Haus" mit Pool, oder in der Übersicht als "Villa". Es handelt sich aber um eine Wohnung im Haus der dort wohnenden Gastgeber. Die Damen waren sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich umgehend um unsere Wünsche oder Probleme (Mülleimer, kein Wäschetrockner, Spülmaschine leckte). Leider klingelten Besucher und Paketboten z.T. mehrmals am Tag in der Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Wohnung sehr sauber und großteils neu eingerichtet oder renoviert wie auf den Bildern. Sie ist durch ein abgeschlossenes verglastes Treppenhaus mit der Wohnung der Gastgeber verbunden, der Zugang ist aber über die Außentreppe. In der Wohnung selbst sind keine Haustiere erlaubt, die beiden Hunde der Gastgeberin sind auf der großen Wiese rund um den schönen Pool zuhause und haben dort auch eine Hütte. Diese Wiese konnten wir nicht nutzen, da nicht gemäht. Der Zugang zum Pool führte darüber. Achtung auf hochstehende Schrauben und Bretter am Pool. Der Gasgrill ist neu und wir haben die Abende auf dem Balkon sehr genossen. Toll auch zum Frühstück im Freien unter der Markise. Ein großer Gartentisch wäre praktisch, wir transportierten eben den Esstisch nach draußen. WLAN war zuverlässig, bis auf einen halbtägigen Stromausfall.Bei den Bildern in der Beschreibung war eines aus dem Wintergarten der Gastgeber im EG, es gehört nicht zur Ferienwohnung im OG. Rauch- oder CO-Melder waren nirgends zu sehen.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cette maison ! L’accueil de Fanny a été d’une grande bienveillance, et nous avons immédiatement ressenti une atmosphère chaleureuse et apaisante. Chaque détail était soigneusement pensé pour rendre notre expérience agréable ! Fanny est une hôte remarquable, toujours disponible et soucieuse de rendre le séjour de chacun mémorable …..!!! Un immense merci pour cette belle hospitalité !! Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et recommandons cette maison sans hésitation avec l’envie d’y revenir très vite
