Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem äußerst gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Haus mit riesigem Garten verbracht. Haus und Garten sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Es gibt sehr viele und ausgezeichnete Lokale in der Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Kommunikation war top, die Ausstattung im Haus war ebenfalls top. Der Pool war für die Kinder das Highlight. Die ruhige Lage macht das ganze absolut erholsam. Und die Betreuung vor Ort ist auch spitze.

Great country villa

Villa was spacious and clean. Outdoor area was fabulous. One bedroom doesn’t have air conditioning. Perhaps ceiling fans would be a good option. Great accommodation for our family if 4 with teenagers. Pool was awesome too.

Immer wieder gern

Vom Zeitpunkt der Buchung bis zur Abreise war die Betreuung und Kommunikation super. Bei Ankunft wird man herzlich mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten empfangen. Während dem Aufenthalt wird sich sofort hilfsbereit und absolut freundlich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert. Die Lage ist top, da man ruhig außerhalb ist und doch innerhalb kürzester Zeit in Lecce, Ostuni, Alberobello etc. ist. Das Haus, der Garten sowie der Pool sind super gepflegt. Die Hunde hatten sehr viel Spaß miteinander, da sie auf dem großen komplett eingezäunten Grundstück jederzeit frei laufen konnten.

Fantastic, spacious country villa with everything you need .

Firstly from initial booking to arrival was dealt with expertly by Tobias with detailed instructions and all questions answered . Our greeting on arrival at the villa was as warm as the Italian weather, with fruit wine, water and focaccia waiting for us and Lucia went out of her way to make sure we knew where everything was and had everything we needed. The villa itself has everything you would need , it has beautifully manicured gardens, a great pool area loads of space for kids to play and apart from one very small step is all level paving and fantastically clean and tidy . Outside speakers provide bluetooth music, there is a tv outside also and lights and electrical points in abundance, which means that evenings are beautifully lit and with two dining areas to choose from plus a BBQ area , if you wanted to dine in then its like being out . The kitchen inside the villa is equipped with literally everything you need , including local olive oil and tea and coffee and and large fridge freezer for the essential cold beers. I haven't a negative thing to say , for a countryside location, in a typically Italian country property with so much space, its the perfect family getaway but you are only minutes drive away from some scintillating towns , such as Carvigno, San Vito de Normandei , Ostuni , with an abundance of great restaurants, literally hundreds. Less than 40 minutes away are Monopoli and Alberrobello , mix into that some great coastline and beaches and that's your holiday full ! For the money one of the best stays I've had , thank you to all involved .x

Meglio delle foto

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La villa dal vivo è più bella che in foto, la parte esterna è veramente grande. Molto pulita e ben tenuta. Isolata ma a pochi minuti di auto dal paese e dal mare. Dettagli curati e proprietari molto gentili e accoglienti. Ci torneremo. Consigliatissima.

Esperienza positiva

Esperienza assolutamente positiva, la villa è ben organizzata, ben tenuta ed è stato un piacere trascorrere dei giorni lì. La casa è piccola, ma c'è tutto l'essenziale, la presenza di un solo bagno non si è rivelato un limite insormontabile dato che comunque è presente una doccia calda all'esterno della casa (oltre la doccia a bordo piscina) . Nonostante siamo andati in un periodo molto caldo, è stato possibile climatizzare la casa durante la notte/mattina tenendo aperte le finestre (tutte con zanzariera) e ricorrere ai climatizzatori solo durante il giorno (quando non eravamo in piscina). A proposito dei climatizzatori: sono presenti in 2 camere da letto su 3 + nella cucina, quindi i locali non climatizzati restano il bagno (non un limite dato che la permanenza all'interno non dovrebbe essere così lunga) e una stanza da letto che però può giovare della climatizzazione degli altri ambienti. Sforzandomi a trovare dei limiti, perché non si possono chiamare problemi, c'è da dire che a piedi dalla tenuta NON è possibile raggiungere un centro cittadino, un supermercato, un panificio o la spiaggia, quindi per ogni evenienza è necessario prendere l'auto, ma in definitiva se si vuole una vacanza in una tranquilla campagna ciò diventa normale. Il giardino è ampio e piacevole da vedere, mentre sul fronte insetti c'è da dire che qualche insetto in giardino ovviamente c'era (farfalle, falene, pochissime zanzare o vespe) com'è naturale che sia quando si trascorre del tempo in campagna. Un suggerimento che mi sentirei di dare a Lucia/Donato o a Tobias è quello di consentire una pulizia dell'acqua della piscina su "richiesta" , magari con un pulsante, di modo da poter permettere la pulizia automatica quando qualche falena o altro insetto va a morire sul pelo dell'acqua. Nel nostro caso, alcune volte, ci siamo ritrovati a pulire l'acqua con la retina da questi insetti che galleggiavano sull'acqua. C'è da considerare che oltre alla quota per la prenotazione della struttura si deve pagare anche il consumo di corrente per una cifra pari a 0,65 € per kWh consumato, cifra non proprio economica dato che a casa mia (sempre in Italia) un kWh di corrente mi costa poco meno di 0,20 € per kWh, ma credo che questa aliquota maggiorata sia giustificata poiché non ci sono altre aliquote per il consumo di gas o acqua ed anche perché la potenza disponibile del contatore sembra maggiore di 3 kW. L'esperienza resta promossa, così come la struttura e la pulizia/manutenzione di essa

La casa di Donato e Lucia è semplicemente.. meravigliosa! Tutti qui è perfetto per passare vacanze indimenticabile come è successo a noi! Vi assicuro che la casa rispetto alle foto è ancora più bella e comoda: dotata di tutti i comfort e in una posizione di assoluta tranquillità..i proprietari sono persone disponibilissime e cordiali che ci hanno permesso di godere appieno di tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno!! Amazing garden en pool

We had an amazing time in the villa. In reallife its even better than the photographs: especially the garden and pool. Beaches are nearby, only a 10/15min drive by car.

Fabulous.

Fantastic super villa with everything you need for a great stay. We arrived late and were left great foccacia and wine as well as loads of fruit. The outside space was superb with a pool and plenty of room for the children. We will definitely return.

Traum-Villa auf dem Land

Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit frischem Obst, Olivenöl, Wein sowie Wasser empfangen. Die Villa sowie der Garten waren sehr gut gepflegt und ausgestattet. Mit dem Auto benötigt man etwa 10 Minuten zum Strand und ebenfalls ungefähr 10 Minuten nach Carovigno, wo man ausgezeichnet essen und günstig einkaufen kann. Es ist ebenfalls ein idealer Startpunkt für Ausflüge nach Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina France, Brindisi, Lecce etc. Unsere Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und antworteten sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir haben uns so tief entspannt, wie schon lange nicht mehr im Urlaub.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus genossen. Der Garten und das Schwimmbad sind noch schöner als auf den Foto. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat an alles gedacht. Das Haus ist super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Nähe zum Strand und zu Carovigno ( 5-7 Autominuten) sind sehr praktisch. Der Empfang von Lucia und Donato mit Wein und frischem Obst war wirklich toll. Die Beiden sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fahren gerne wieder in dieses Paradies! Gracie mille für den schönen Urlaub bei euch!!!!

This villa is MUCH better than the pictures in the listing imply. The garden which has an irrigation system is beautiful. The patio areas, garden areas, two outdoor dining areas, barbrcue, table tennis table, EVERYTHING is much better than the impression the photos give. The owners who met us at the property are lovely and helpful. They left us wine, water and a huge basket of fruit. The villa is spotless. The beaches and local towns are spectacular.... nicest beaches in Italy, but the countryside is flat and not as pretty as the countryside in Abruzzo, Tuscany, Umbria, Sicily or around the Italian Riviera But 11 out of 10 for the villa. Outstanding

Great villa, great owners, great holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay in this villa. The villa is lovely inside, but the outside is spectacular, with beautiful gardens, outdoor sound speakers and the pool is great. The owners are so very nice, (much appreciated welcome pack of home grown olive oil, fresh fruit and wine, thank you ) and really helpful - especially when we needed a doctor , they themselves took us, we really can’t praise them or the villa enough. Thank you for a great holiday x
