This place was wonderful. Right on the beach with a large walkout deck. The home was 3 bedrooms and accommodated our 2 families of 4 perfectly (8 total). The pool is located at the next door neighboring house, but there is a path on the side of the house which provides easy access. Highly recommend and will book again.

We had a great time at this property. It was right on the beach and it had a shared pool, which was great for the rough water days at the beach. We had most of the amenities we needed - you'll need to bring beach towels. The house was very clean and everything was in working order. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Wonderful house, a bit too overbearing communication.

We loved everything about the house, the size of the house, location, cleanliness, ease of access, etc. The property management however, was a little unnecessarily pushy. Some examples include: We are provided with the sheets when we arrive and need to make all of the beds, which was fine, but then on the last morning we were texted to “tidy up”. Our friends arrived very late at night, didn’t realize there were specific parking spaces for us, the next morning we were texted to move our vehicle or it would be towed. We moved the vehicle immediately and apologized for the oversight. We used the grill, planning to clean up after ourselves as normal people do, and we were texted to clean up the grill or we would be fined. The internet was pretty crappy, which is easily solved with mesh systems in 2025. The poolDoors are locked every night, so we would need to text asking for it to be opened if we wanted in at 8am. We did have one issue with one of the bunk beds and the maintenance guys came over first thing in the morning, were very kind, and corrected the issue quickly.There just seemed to be a handful of things that were unnecessary and created a constant feeling of doing something “wrong” the whole trip. Outside of that, honestly the house was perfect.

Great Location!

This property was the perfect location to walk to dinner most nights and right on the beach. We loved it!Our only complaint was the beds were very thin/uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Otherwise, a fantastic property!

Perfect location!! Kitchen well stocked with cooking and storage utensils. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Clean and neat. Easy checkin and check out. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Plenty of parking space. Thank you for a great stay!!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was our noisy upstairs neighbors and that people not staying in the units were using the pool. This made the pool over crowded most of the stay. Location of the house is great and the amenities are great. Thank you for a nice stay.

Property was wonderful, most things that happened to us was the result of the hurricane nothing anybody could do about some things ie Pool, and power outage. I did notice some dishes and the blender were dirty. Blender looked like it had milkshake leftover from a while back. So we cleaned all dishes before we used then. We had a great stay and would do it again.

Nice but not for the price

The property was nice. I would suggest, though that the housekeeping wipe down all surfaces, including door handles, cupboards, the gate to enter, kitchen surfaces. The private entrance to the beach was nice. The foot shower in unit #1 was broken. The neighborhood had much to be desired. The first night,there was a huge party in the condo across the street until after 3 am. Lots of traffic and shouting.

Perfect adoring break getaway!!

Our week at 616-1 was amazing. The house is the most beautiful on the block, has the best view, and is very well maintained. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6. Watching the sun rise, off the back deck, was the highlight of my morning. I would stay here again, absolutely!!

Fantastic Stay and Home!

We loved our stay at the property. It was up to date, well furnished, spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We especially loved the deck, view and easy access to the beach. The furniture and amenities within the unit were all great, especially the king beds which were high quality and very comfortable (hard to find). We would love to return and would recommend to others as well
