気になった点 : 清潔度
The condo was priced as a premium location but when we arrived we didn't find anything premium about it.
Floors were dirty, and the washer/dryer had rust and mold on them. The fixtures in the bathroom were delapidated and had rust. The ac vents were rusty - the door access code didn't work so we had to use the key lock box. Front door was discolored from long standing dirt. The sliding glass door lock was broke but functional and the most of the dining room/kitchen furniture was badly worn.
I had to email the host on my way to the condo (around 4pm) to get the welcome letter wish she responded with the standard form no apology or oops .. Just a copy and paste.
On the bright side it was beach front and the parking was ok...
