Location is wonderful, bedrooms are decently sized, but kitchen/living area and balcony are ridiculously small for four people. Balcony is basically a ledge with a railing. Kitchen is so small it’s basically useless. And the .

The property is as advertised, nice and up to date. The location is centralized to all the restaurants and shops in Craolina Beach. Pros- Location, condo is up to date, access to the beach, response to issue with AC unit.Cons- This property uses a rental agency to manage it and uses a hard key versus electrocinc key. Had to go to the office and pick up the key before going to the property. Had to initially make up the bed, with what this unit cost and being late to let us check in, this should be done. The blinds in the master bedroom let a lot of light in and being a light sleeper this created issues with sleeping at night.

location was great. Roaches were a pain to deal with. we had to take garbage out after every meal. several of the lamps did not work. The DVD player did not work. the handle on the inside of the main door kept coming off and the air conditioning was extremely loud. Beach was awesome and overall trip went well.

Very clean, ideal location and within walking distance of everything. Great oceanside view including the weekly fireworks - Bonus! Great communication with rental company too which was appreciated. Thank you for a great week!!

Overall, it was a decent place to stay with the exception of the comforters on the beds, they had a stinch of sweating humans on them. We washed them ourselves so we could sleep knowing that no one else's body odor was with us. It was a bit smaller than we anticipated but that wasn't a problem because it was just my wife and me. Location was Great!!!

Amazing place

We had a wonderful time. The mattresses were wonderful and soft. It was so much space. The only thing i would suggest is a step stool. I had to use a chair to reach the top cabinets.

Great Condo at Our Favorite Beach

This was a perfect condo for our family vacation. We love The Cabana de Mar...and this was my favorite unit we have stayed in. It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect spot for us!

Clean, cool, and comfortable!

First impression was ‘WOW’! Extremely clean and very comfortable accommodation. Our party of 3 were very comfortable with the space. Good communication with rental. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Is it possible to stay on the boardwalk, oceanfront AND enjoy a quiet stay? Yes, in this beautiful 4th floor (top floor) condo. Above and beyond providing all the necessary comforts, this condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Covered parking was plentiful, but we enjoyed walking to a different restaurant each of our 7 nights. If I was to suggest any improvement, it would be to install a door code in place of the hard key. The lock was sticky at times.

Location was top notch!

So great! View the sunrise over the ocean every day from your own balcony! No obstructive views. Steps away to the boardwalk and all entertainment and restaurants. Perfect in every way!

Cabana Suites - Unit 409

Unit 409 was very clean and appropriately appointed. The beds and sofa were a bit hard for our preferences. However, we were disappointed in Cabana Suites as a whole. We have stayed at Cabana Suites in various units multiple times and Cabana Suites has gone down hill Both the larger and the baby pool were closed the entire week with no prior notice or explanation. There was a trash bag in the stair well the whole time that was leaking, and the general upkeep was lacking. Is the Cabana Suites under new management?

Perfect!

Location, convenience, excellent condo. It was Definitely worth it. Not really a complaint but I advise others that 6 people inside will be tight and gets uncomfortable to lounge in the living/eating space.. 4 adults and maybe a child would be perfect.

Perfect location

Cabana Suites is the perfect location-everything’s within walking distance. 409 is nicely decorated with high quality appliances and cabinetry. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Convenient location

Cabana 409 is a nice condo. It is a tad small but it worked. The air conditioning did stop working on day 3 but Sea Coast Rentals had it fixed ASAP. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The location worked out well. Convenient to everything. Easy access to beach. Pool area was very nice also. Overall, our stay was great.
