We were excited for our first Carolina beach trip , booked this cute apt upon arrival we went to the patio to walk in the apt and there was trash in the patio furniture requested the patio be cleaned off cob webs and leaves everywhere which host was notified and they cleaned it off sometime after 10 am but before 5 pm the next day , went inside to an awful squeal it was the air conditioning I did notify the host they stated was just serviced , I asked for an additional fan which they brought one and dropped it off , pee and toilet paper in the toilet , half of roll of toilet paper for 4 guests ,floors were dirty , fridge was even worse , dried up milk had to clean it before I put our stuff away , pet hair all over the white couch , pull out the couch bed there is trash , crayons , water bottles etc in and under the couch , need a better cleaning lady , all the silverware was dirty , coffee pot provided was filthy , half a roll of paper towels host knew there was a toddler coming and they require the most of everything and well not for nothing was included in the price , our last night(3:30 am) the air conditioner made an awful sound the light started flashing and it cut off , it was so hot in there by morning I cut it back on and it cooled off , need a better service man too !!! Host isn’t very prompt to reply some messages went hours and some now on days . Very convenient location , great food , big daddy’s was our favorite! Our golf cart rental was great !
