"The location is ideal!! Check in was somewhat of an issue… wrong dates on the parking pass… took a while to straighten things out and I ended up paying for parking so I didn’t get towed. I was reimbursed! Cleanliness was so so… found clothes under the bed and there was sand all over the condo including the balcony. My biggest complaint is the tv in the living room/kitchen area… WAY TO BIG for the wall it is on and when go into the kitchen you better be careful it sticks out about a foot. I almost smacked myself a few times. Beach access was great! I probably would stay there again… I have a feeling that it was an off week for the cleaning crew."

"We had the absolute best time at this wonderful gem on the beach! Michelle was amazing and the place was perfect. So easy to walk to everything, and the private beach access was incredible. The beach chairs and the hose on the walk back up were a great bonus as well! The house was stocked with everything you need for a terrific stay! We are very sad to be leaving today but we can’t wait to come back!"

"The home was great. Everything was clean. The shower, the counters, the sheets, the dishes, the floors. Couch was comfortable to sit and watch tv. Love the touches of pink decor inside. The chairs on the porch were comfortable to sit, watch the cars & people go by. And watch volleyball being played across the street. Nice, short walk to the boardwalk and beach. End if August it was not busy or noisy. The market diagonally across the street was nice. A little pricey but was expected. Great house and host. Would rent again."

"This place is amazing! It’s right at the beach and boardwalk. Great ocean views from the balcony. Only 9 units so the pool isn’t crowded and it’s quiet. Fully stocked kitchen. When they say linens provided they mean it. Lots of towels and wash clothes. Very clean. Modern appliances. Now this is one of the older, charming condo complexes so the exterior is not pristine. And I’d recommend bringing your own pillow as the pillows are pancakes. I plan to book another stay here and will definitely recommend it to my friends."
