Full kitchen stocked for real cooking — not just the basics. In-unit washer and dryer, beach towels, multiple Smart TVs, and fast WiFi throughout. The complex is quiet and family-friendly, with the pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, and arcade lodge all steps away.

About the loft: The main loft is a great hangout space and works perfectly as a sleeping area with the rollaway. The upstairs bedroom has a second loft space — the ladder has been removed and we ask that guests not attempt to access it. We really mean this one. It's not safe without the ladder and any wall damage will be charged to the booking.

A few things to know: Small water heater — if you're a group, space out your showers. No AC (Tahoe summers rarely need it). The closest beach to Carnelian Woods is a pebble beach — not sandy, but genuinely lovely. BYO rackets for the tennis courts.
Winter heads up: Tahoe weather moves fast — 4WD/AWD or chains are often required during storms. Please plan accordingly.

All times reflect good weather and no traffic — allow extra on powder days.
Access: Full access to the condo, ski storage, open parking (guest tags provided), and all community amenities — pool (seasonal), hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, and the arcade lodge. ID verification and damage waiver required through Truvi prior to arrival.
