A recently-built, cozy home base for large families who want to enjoy skiing, snow play, or just have fun playing pool and ping pong at home. About 20 minutes easy drive to NorthStar or Palisades. Enjoy modern amenities including hot tub, espresso machine, BBQ grill and more. There are four cozy bedrooms, including one bunkroom for the kids, and 3 full baths.

Open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting area downstairs with a big couch around the gas fireplace, TV and books, and door to back deck.
Primary bedroom on main level has a Cal King bed, en-suite bathroom with 2-person bathtub, and a large walk-in closet. Direct access to hot tub from bathroom.
Back bedroom with Queen bed on main level is directly across from hall bathroom with shower.
Upstairs game room is the star of the show, with billiards, ping-pong, foosball, game table and TV. Lots of games and puzzles and books. Balcony from game room is a great place to watch the sun set.
Treehouse room upstairs with Queen bed gets lots of light and has a desk for quiet work (if you must!)
Bunk room upstairs offers lots of beds (twin, full/twin bunk, twintrundle) and has a big closet.
Upstairs bath offers a big vanity and shower.
Full-sized washer and dryer in big laundry room for drying out wet socks and boots.

Guests will have access to the entire property except the garage, an owner's closet in the Primary bedroom and an upstairs attic. High-speed WiFi is provided. TVs use Amazon Fire Stick, so bring your Hulu/Apple+/HBO etc passwords. Driveway can fit 4 cars--please don't park in the street!

Full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. Oversized gas grill on back deck. Contracted plow service will clear the driveway of snow November through April, county plows will clear the street.
