Dog-Friendly, 5-Bedroom Cabin, Lake & Skiing

Lloyds Lodge is a spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bath home with a loft, offering the perfect North Lake Tahoe retreat for larger groups. Featuring cathedral ceilings, an open floor plan, a gas fireplace, new downstairs flooring, and a generous bonus bedroom over the garage, the home provides plenty of room to spread out. Centrally located in Agate Bay between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, it offers easy access to ski resorts, dining, and year-round recreation. Available for both vacation rentals and ski leases.

All vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Lots of space for our family. Nice neighborhood and close to grocery store. Easy drive to a nice local park on the lake. We went to the visitor center and got information on some nice family hikes that were nearby.

The actual home is smaller than the picture. Not younger than 4 year old kid friendly with narrow stair rail to second floor. Furnitures and kitchen supplies were well equipped but old and a few specially cook wear and pans difinately need an upgrade. Mouse droppings in the game drawer. The worst of it was Molded dish washer, so whitin my 4days stay with a family reunion had to hand wash dishes; that was very disappointing. Agate Bay Realty agents mentioned they might refund me cleaning fee but they never did. The patio also was dusted and full of dog hair as I reported they sent a handyman come in and took care of it. Also the bathroom upstairs fan is so old, metal possibly from 1990's, so noisy. The exterior of the house is repainted and neat looking but an interior not as refreshing. Overall we made it a great stay.
