    Offer an unforgettable stay in Carnac, just a stone's throw from the Kerderff Menhir!



    Located near the Kerderff Menhir, a historic megalithic monument, this stone country house nestled in the heart of a verdant setting is the ideal starting point for exploring the natural and cultural riches of the region. Set off on hikes along the coastal paths, discover the fine sandy beaches and explore the megalithic sites that have made Carnac famous.



    This semi-detached building is located at the western end of a stone-built complex. Within a vast wooded property, you will enjoy a peaceful situation, between beach and forest. The shores of Pô Cove are only 1.5 km away and Saint-Colomban beach is 3 km away. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from Carnac town centre, 2.5 km from Plouharnel town centre and their shops. The nearest supermarket is approximately 1 km away. Auray and its railway station are about fifteen kilometres away.



    2-star house with garden, parking, wifi, pets accepted

    On the ground floor:

    - Living room with dining area and lounge with television.

    - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster)

    - Library lounge that can serve as a bedroom (140 cm sofa bed), direct access to the courtyard.

    - Boiler room with washing machine and adjoining WC.



    On the upper floor:

    - Bedroom 1: single bed of 160 cm.

    - Bedroom 2: adjoining bedroom with 90 cm bed.

    - Bathroom with large shower.

    - Solarium.

    - Separate toilet.

    - Garden with terrace and outdoor furniture. Barbecue. Plancha.



    Maximum 5 people.

    2 parking spaces in the courtyard in front of the accommodation.

    Oil heating.

    Key handover: 4pm-6pm at our reception desk. Please notify us if you will be arriving late.

    Deposit: €500 to be paid on site.

    Charges included all year round.

    Tourist tax: to be paid on site.

    Linen not provided: rental available for an additional fee.

    End of stay cleaning to be done by yourself or available as an additional service.

    Pets: allowed (€25 additional charge)
