「It's a very elegant building. The outside still has some construction going on but nothing noisy. The entire building is top quality from the hallways to the free laundry to the gymnasium to the room and the bathroom and the kitchen. Brand new with brand new designer furniture. AC works perfectly. Very very Central we walked the plaza de espana. We got lucky and found free parking on the weekends right in front of the building. The next block is the largest mall in Seville. 「The location of this apartment is perfect. We were able to walk downstairs for breakfast and you are in the middle of multiple tourist spots. El alcazar and the cathedral are down the block. Walking day or night was very safe. The apartment is beautiful and clean and has plenty of room. I would stay here again when visiting the area.」

「Great location within the old city but still removed from the noise of the busier streets. The layout of the apartment was fantastic and although it was a ground level unit sunlight was abundant and there were no privacy concerns. Only downside was construction next door which we learned about a little late and the fact that a second set of keys was not available which would have been more convenient for our family. 」
