「The Suite was very nice and luxurious with lots of towels and amenities that we needed. Very calming with a great view. The service was amazing, always on time fresh breakfast. They even brought me a special salsa as requested. They also did laundry daily as needed especialy with all the water activities and rain. I highly recommended this hotel, we will be coming back. Make sure to book a 4x4, its agood drive up hill, but definitely worth it! 」

「It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would...
