Welcome to this stunning single-level home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in the sought-after Carmel Meadows neighborhood. Recently remodeled with stylish finishes, this spacious residence is ideal for entertaining and offers filtered ocean views of Pt. Lobos and Carmel Beach. Easy access to Ribera Beach (aka – Carmel Meadows Beach or Middle Beach) at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Living Space
Step into the inviting main foyer, which leads to an open-concept living-kitchen-dining area. The home has hardwood and tile floors throughout, except in the carpeted bedrooms.
The living area features cozy seating with a plush sofa and chairs, a gas log fireplace, and a large-screen Smart TV with sound bar —perfect for relaxing. The TV has Comcast cable service plus streaming capability so bring the logins to your streaming accounts so you can binge your favorite shows.

Just off of the open-concept space is a welcoming den featuring Polynesian-inspired décor, rattan furnishings and a game table. Floor-to-ceiling sliding panels can remain closed to keep this area separate, or completely opened to create one large seamless entertaining space. Exterior doors from the den open to a spacious wraparound deck, creating a relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere for guests. The deck itself is perfect for outdoor living, complete with a large dining table and a gas BBQ—ideal for enjoying sunny days and evening celebrations.

Kitchen and Dining
The beautiful chef's kitchen is adorned with granite countertops, gleaming tiled backsplash and custom cabinetry. It includes a breakfast bar with stools, induction stove top, oven, dishwasher, and French door refrigerator with ice maker. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for gatherings with family and friends.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The bedrooms are all good sized and have cozy carpet.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds.
Both bathrooms are accessible by all bedrooms via the hallway (none are en-suite to bedrooms): The first bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination and double sinks. The second bathroom has a tiled standing shower.

A full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage.
