Pets are welcome!
Maximum of two pets per stay. There is a pet fee of $50 per pet to cover the cost of an extra deep clean after your departure. This ensures the home is completely allergen-free for the next guests, as some people can be allergic to pets.

Lawn care: Our professional landscaping team, Good Ole Bois SD, usually comes by once a month- 2nd/3rd week at 9 AM the earliest (weather pending) to cut the lawn for us.

Interaction with Guests:
Interaction is completely up to the guests.
