Experience resort-style living with all of the comforts of home at La Costa Chateau, a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo in beautiful Carlsbad, California. The newly-renovated second floor condo serviced by an elevator features a spacious & sunny floorplan, fully-equipped kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the condo's community pool and the La Costa Resort grounds. Underground reserved gated parking is serviced by an elevator to provide guests step free access from parking to the condo.
Less than 15 minutes from both Carlsbad and Encinitas, guests can spend their days enjoying beaches, dining, shopping and all that San Diego has to offer.
The Living Room:
- Bright and sunny living room, with sliding glass doors leading out to a private balcony
- Comfortable sofa pulls out to a full size bed
- Smart tv with access to live tv streaming and Netflix
- Air-conditioner (wall unit)
The Kitchen:
- Fully-equipped newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances
- Refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils
- Toaster, blender and other cooking gadgets
- Kitchen island with barstool seating for three
- Keurig coffee maker with a selection of K-cup pods, sugar and coffee creamer

- King bed with memory foam mattress and made up with soft, quality linens
