❁ Welcome to NM - The Land of Enchantment! Stay here while visiting Carlsbad for Caverns or for work! Relax in a peaceful, lovely and very safe area. Nice central location yet away from chaotic tightly packed Carlsbad neighborhoods. Just walk to Pecos River, rec area + short drive to water park! LARGE comfortable KING beds in every bedroom w/ Hulu and Netflix on 50"+ 4K TVs. Close to Albertsons, many shopping and dining places. Central AC, washer and dryer, coffee and cooking amenities.

❁ Quiet neighborhood! Conveniently located near shops and dining as well as a short walk to the beach and river! Enjoy all that Carlsbad has to offer.

❁ Convenient to shops, dining, Carlsbad Caverns, beach, splash pad, water park and more!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
❁ ONLY EXACT COUNT OF GUESTS BEING BOOKED can stay. Non-compliance means IMMEDIATE EVICTION. So please ensure that the number of guests in the booking matches with the number of guests staying. You can always add more guests to the reservation, and we will approve.
❁ We provide GAS GRILL but time and again we have had our full or new tanks taken away/replaced with empty, left unclean, and basically abused. To keep the cost low to every guest, we expect the guest to clean-up after themselves, conserve and use if it has propane, fill if empty (easy exchange at Walmart). This helps us keep the costs low as every guests usage is different. Other option is for us to charge $50 for usage which will be unfair!
❁ REVIEW and FOLLOW all check-out information sent in the welcome message.
❁ NO taking away towels, utensils, beddings, comforters nor supplies. Please use what you need and leave the rest behind. We strive hard for every guest to have a great stay, when things go missing it takes time and effort to replenish and replace.
❁ Minor accidents happen and we understand that, so let us know, but failure to report could result in damage charges.
❁ Cars allowed: 1 car every 3 person - Please let us know if more.
