Pretty and elegant villa in the heart of the naturai not oasis of peace, panoramic, with sea view, surrounded by a botanical garden of 4000 square meters, rich in succulents, aromatic plants, pines and orchards.
Composed of three bedrooms, 2 with sea view, three bathrooms, one in the bedroom, large living room with fireplace and library. It is completed with a large kitchen and a beautiful "Carnotzet", where you can enjoy fine Sicilian wines.
