"The young lady who worked with us on Sunday night September 20, 2025 was so gracious. We were traveling to Michigan to see family and celebrating our daughter and son-in-laws wedding. They were just married and were doing a honeymoon roadtrip. Some of the holels placed holds on our credit card and we had troubles with transactions being declined. The young lady was so gracious and patient and we got our rooms paid for. Other funds were going to post later and they did and everything worked out fine. Thank you for such wonderful customer service."
"When we arrived the place appeared real small. After getting inside it was a comfortable, clean, tidy, well decorated home away from home. Considering we were visiting family in Oakwood, OH, the location was perfect, just 9 minutes between destinations. The only problem was one night there were three people outside the bedroom window at 2am talking loudly and kept us up for hours. For the most part the stay was pleasant."

"What an impressive property! The manager was proactive in communicating. Amenities were well appointed. Supplies provided were above and beyond typical VRBOs, including plenty of paper products, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra towels, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower. The cottage was charming, quiet, nice neighborhood. We were two families of cousins meeting up, adults and kids under age 12, and there was plenty of space. Baby gear provided was so nice, high chair, crib, and toys! We enjoyed walking to nearby brewery for dinner. WiFi was good. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. "
