「Staff were very friendly, upgraded us to an executive room due to me having limit mobility and unable to go up to second floor room」

「Staff were polite and friendly, and check-in was smooth. The rooms were as shown in the photos—no surprises there. However, by the time I arrived for breakfast at 8:30 AM, many items were already gone. Refills were slow, and some items—including plates & pancakes —were not replenished at all, which was disappointing. Given the number of guests, they should have been better prepared. 」
