「The manager was very friendly and helpful but the other front desk staff treated us like criminals for having dogs even though it was booked as a pet friendly room. Hotel is under renovation. It was dirty, no elevator. The room was tiny and had plumbing issues. TV barely worked. Shampoo holder popped off the wall while showering, just missed my foot. The attached restaurant gave us a meal which was so greasy we couldn’t finish it.」
