「The customer service was phenomenal and they were great at explaining everything and answering even though we never really were in person with hotel Staff. There are 2 properties we wish we would’ve known but our property was nice and private. Our least favorite thing was the bathroom but otherwise everything else was great. 」

「The hotel is an old building but has the minimum equipment: moderate speed wifi and airconditioner, but no fridge. The check-in process was a bit messy. Because my flight arrived at about midnight, the hotel had requested me to call the sister hotel in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, there was nobody and I could not get into the hotel. So I walked to the sister hotel and got the key around 1:30 am.」

「Les +:Hotel fabuleux! Salle de sport technogym incroyable! Petite cuisine équipée géniale! Piscine et personnel super! Restaurant très bon. Les -: pas de navette gratuite pour bouger et restaurant cher. Nous étions là pour fêter les 20 ans de ma fille et nous aurions aimé que le manager de l’hôtel qui était au courant face un geste commercial ou un petit cadeau pour notre fille mais rien, une indifférence totale! C’est pas sympa et j’ai été très déçue qu’un hôtel de cette qualité ne se montre...

「It's overall unkind. And the interior is renovated and somewhat clean but there were mosquitoes and fly in room. Also, there were cats and chickens outside. About staff, there was only one who is kindness. And, why do not they do housekeeping everyday?」
