「The hotel room itself was fine, but the internet barely worked and the tv was internet based so it didn’t work at all. The person who checked us in didn’t wear a mask and insisted that we “go to an ATM to pay in cash,” even though we had put our credit card in through Hotels.com. The shower was not a consistent temperature and would hover between freezing and scalding hot. 」

Also, we couldn’t find the house in the first place since it has no name on it, neither would people living there know the place (in the hostel itself it then shows a different name). 「We had such an amazing time at Colores! The hosts and workers at the restaurant were all so friendly and helpful. The beach and town were an absolute dream. We really appreciated the beach chairs and tables provided by Colores. We will absolutely stay here again! Keep in mind that you have to know what you want for your trip. 「Excelente Trato, Emmanuel nos recibió y fue muy agradable , nos explico los Tours que hacen ellos y fue un acierto total, Eric fue un guia muy experimentado con mucha pasion por su trabajo, se esmero en explicarnos muchos detalles, vimos animales increíbles, y el Hotel esta excelente considerando que Tortugero no tiene mucha infraestructura, pero no tuvimos ninguna decepción! Recomendado!! 」
