Ferry View is a well equipped, comfortable house with plenty of extras for adults and kids to enjoy.
Ferry View is a well equipped, comfortable house with plenty of extras for adults and kids to enjoy. The outlook over the river where you can watch the changing light, boats and bird life is wonderful. Unfortunately the weather was poor for July so didn’t get to use the outdoor spaces. The two pubs within easy walking distance also a bonus. There are plenty of footpaths nearby but some are overgrown and couldn’t walk into Cardigan along coastal path as herd of cows chased our dog. Overall would recommend though.
The property was ideal for our family - wife, son and Dog. Everything was very clean and well laid out, plenty of space and every facility we needed. There was a great view of the river Teifi estuary which was very welcoming and picturesque to wake up to every morning. There was plenty of places to walk to, including Poppit Sands Beach - ideal for walking the dog and having a dip in the sea. We caught some crabs from jetty just 2 minutes walk from the property. It was a great location to visit all the local beaches and coves on the west coast of wales near Cardigan. Highly recommended.
