"Very clean hotel but looking a bit tired now, really thinking it needs a bit of a spruce up, upgrade in the rooms. Chipped cabinets, old worn furniture. Quite dated rooms for the park plaza brand. Comfy bed and excellent location so would stay again for this alone, Lovely welcome at check in, asked ..."

The Coal Exchange Hotel
"Dust everywhere, bathtub was disgusting and as we put bubbles on the smell was horrific,breakfast was cold and bay marine’s were empty and when I asked a member of staff they were so rude, the only staff member that was helpful was the gentleman on reception at the time , will never stay again"
