Tried to relocate me to Newport!
Did not actually manage to stay at this location. Was informed 7 days before the booking that there was a problem with the property and I was going to be relocated.
The communication on this was dreadful, and despite reaching out countless times I was never able to get an answer about where I was going. They tried at one point to relocate our booking to a different city in Wales!
As a result of the rugby match in Cardiff on my dates, the city was very much full. I wouldn't be surprised if they had double-booked this property, given that I was never told what the actual problem was.
Regardless, only after an intervention by Hotels.com that explained that there would be consequences for the non-fulfillment of my bookings did I actually get relocated to a suitable apartment.
Honestly, given my extensive communications with this company and the numerous broken promises that transpired throughout, I would seriously recommend booking elsewhere.
