Typical and independent gite recently restored, located 10 km from Figeac, in a very quiet environment, in the countryside, near another gite for 4 people, enclosed courtyard, small terrace. Stream 100m below the gite. 500m from the owners' house. Ground floor: lounge/living room, fitted kitchen, pantry/laundry room, 2 bedrooms, one with access to the terrace (1 1.40m bed and 1 1.60m bed), bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate wc. Upstairs: bedroom with air conditioning, in the attic (1 bed 1.40m), small extra bedroom with storage (sofa bed for 2 people). Electric heating. Cot on request. Octagonal above-ground wooden swimming pool (L 8,100m, W 4,622m, H 1,290m), shared with another gite for 4 people (heated) from June to September.
