We had a beautiful, large room with a canopy bed. All the furniture was elegant and antique in style. We had a huge bathroom with double sinks. The room came with robe and slippers. Our room was on the second floor reached by a spiral stone staircase. They brought our luggage to the room. Dinner is available and we enjoyed our meal in a stone walled room. Breakfast was served there too. It has a lovely courtyard where they served drinks. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel's staff is amazing, but at dinner time, they would benefit from extra waiters. We waited way too long for our table to be served. However, everyone at the hotel is giving their best, and I give them five stars for their service. We miss them already and will be back! Merci!

Et fint sted med mye historie, hyggelig opparbeidet hage og trivelig bassengområde. Selve hotellrommet var fint, men også litt utdatert (dusjen var blant annet litt upraktisk). Hotellet er en del av en større kjede, og selv om dette har mange fordeler opplevde vi at det gikk litt på bekostning av den sjarmen og sjelen man kanskje ønsker seg når man skal overnatte på et Chateau. God mat og hyggelig betjening.

Excellent séjour. Lieu exceptionnel. Cadre fabuleux. Juste dommage que le chauffage était éteint lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre. Il a fallu un petit moment avant que la pièce ne se réchauffe. Mise à part ce désagrément, tout était super.

This property is a beautiful, unique, gem of a lovely experience. The owner and his wife are wonderful hosts attending to all needs with grace and professionalism. Staff is great, and has been with them for a long time. The Chateau has such charm and beauty. Located right by the Aude river, you hear the river and birds. The location is close to many points of interests about Mary Magdalene, Templars, Bugarach mountain, lovely southern France countryside beauty. A must to see and experience. Find your way there.

This a an unique property that needs to be experienced. The place is a beautifully maintained castle right by the river. It has a wonderful energy about it, and the owners and staff are lovely, and respond to requests promptly. Great service. The restaurant is superb.
