「宿泊代を申し込み時（2月）に引き落とされたが、精算時（6月）に重ねて宿泊代を請求された。家族が申し込み時に引き落としたことを主人が知らなかった。主人はカード会社に引き落としていないことを確認したとまで言った。自分たちの連絡の悪さを棚に上げ、客を責めるとは。まったく最低の管理。」
