Mi experiencia no fue buena pues al llegar lo primero que me dijeron es que no tenian mi reservacion en el sistema y estuve esperando por verificación 6 horas, hasta que les dio por decir que ya la habían verificado, la vista desde mi habitación era deprimente y lo que daba era miedo, en ningún momento el agua caliente funciono, y sirvieron agua al día siguiente de haber llegado, no esperen ningún trato especial así paguen en dolares...

La fachada del hotel no es muy atractiva; está deteriorada quizá por que el hotel es una edificación vieja. Lo utilicé solo para dormir porque el servicio de restaurante no es bueno; el menú es muy limitado. El aire acondicionado en las habitaciones no es muy bueno y produce mucho ruido.El área donde esta disponible la internet (WiFi) es muy pequeño (lobby), y en el restaurante este es caluroso. El baño de la habitación que me asignaron no tiene muy buen aspecto y es muy pequeño. El servicio de limpieza es buena. El personal es muy agradable y su trato es cortés; siempre trataron de ayudar y resolver problemas puntuales.

El hotel esta aceptable un poco viejo con decoracion aun un poco antigua, un poco incomodo por la noche a la hora de dormir porque cerca habia fiesta musica , no es culpa del hotel pero deberia estar insonorisadas mas las habitaciones, por todo lo demas muy bien.

No tienen planta eléctrica y actualmente esta cortando la luz 4 horas al día de 11 am a 1 pm y de 6 pm a 8pm con lo cual el hotel queda sin funcionamiento, la atención no es buena, no tiene restauran para las noches, y adicional el desayuno los sirven muy tarde para personas que estén actividades que requieran salir temprano

Haber es un hotel, muy bueno, en todos sus aspectos. sus habitaciones, solo le falta modernizar un poco lo que el internet en las habitaciones que eso es algo que ya de ir cambiando o mejor dicho modernizando dicho hotel. y sus tv cambiarlos, bueno el que me toco a mi no me gusto para nada. el control no serbia para cambiar los canales, su comida buena. y se los recomiendo muy buen hotel. yo estuve una semana muy chévere la pase. julio 2015

O hotel fica em lugar perigoso dentro de uma cidade perigosa que é Caracas. Está caindo aos pedaços, o atendimento é péssimo, as pessoas são mal humoradas e é muito caro para o padrão da Venezuela. Não recomendo nem para um inimigo.
