"We spent a week as a family of six in this place and we absolutey loved it!!! The house is very tastefully renovated, with an amazing view, located in a charming little village - we immediately felt at home! You need a car to get around, but it is also really nice to take a morning walk to the nearest beach, around 40 min by foot. Alex, the owner, was really great and always reachable gor anything we needed! We really hope to come back one day!"

"My daughter and I enjoyed every minute of our stay in Zavalatica. The apartment itself is large and clean. It was a perfect walk to the village across the bay where there is a grocery and a charming family-run cafe with excellent service. It was also easy to walk down to the rocky shoreline in front of our place. Upside, we had a fantastic meal at the Pizzeria Maslina in Drvenik and when we returned, the staff had the hot tub starting to heat although it was a very slow process and the filter never did function properly. "What a gem tucked off the road on this stretch of the Makarska Riviera. We are so glad we found this place. After traveling for a month a spa massage is exactly what we needed. The day was nice enough to sit by the pool and soak up some Indian summer sun. The food was delicious with a higher selection of entrees and desserts as well as wine and cocktails. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was perfect. And the people were friendly, helpful and nice. Best stay of our trip. Will be back. "
