We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Pergola in Capri, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel is perfectly located between Capri town center and the marina Piccola beach, making it both convenient and peaceful. The property itself is beautiful—carefully maintained with a lovely garden, and the pool offers stunning views that make it hard to leave. But what made our stay truly special was Enza. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her warmth and attentiveness elevated the entire experience. Thank you, Enza, for making our time at Villa Pergola unforgettable. We will come back

O hotel é uma gracinha, funcionários muito educados, muitas opções de café da manhã, que pode ser tomado no quarto ou no jardim, bem localizado, a única coisa que assustou é que não tem recuo para ir para rua, os ônibus passam em alta velocidade, colado na porta de saída, deveria ter um espelho sinalizando carros vindo... Foi tudo perfeito!

This hotel blatantly lies in their advertising. The place is extremely run down from the moment you enter the winding entry off the main road. They've slapped some paint on it, but it needs a lot more than paint. The room was extremely plain and bizarre. The bathroom was down a hallway and we passed an adjoining room to get to it. The bed with horrible! It made getting a good nights sleep impossible. The breakfast was nice, the staff was nice and the distance from town was nice. If I come back to town, I will not come back. It was a huge disappointment. This place is a two star, out of five stars at best.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were upgraded to a sea view room, which was such a thoughtful gesture for our anniversary and made our visit feel extra special. When we arrived early, we were offered complimentary drinks and snacks while we sat outside—such a warm and welcoming start to our stay. The location is great—just a 10-minute walk to the main square, close enough to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was included and truly excellent—everything made to order with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. The gardens and pool area are beautiful, with a rustic charm that adds to the overall atmosphere. The only thing we’d mention is that some of the furniture and finishes could use a bit of refreshing or light maintenance. That aside, the service was fantastic throughout, and we would 100% stay here again. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

Feriens høydepunkt!

Dette er et fabelaktig sted! Vi fikk et rom med havutsikt både sørover og nordover. Frokosten var kjempegod og vi likte godt den lille hagen. Capri sentrum ligger kun 150m unna og der finnes taubane og busser til havn, strand og fjelltopp.

The Staff were amazing and went above and beyond for us, as we were celebrating my 30th. They were kind enough to give us a room upgrade and surprise me with a slice of cake. The breakfast was amazing and the property is beautiful! 5/5 thank you for taking such great care of us.

My Wife and I stayed here and we had an amazing time! Room was super spacious and clean. The complementary breakfast menu was amazing and had so many options to chose from the pool and view from the pool was breath taking. The Desk Staff was also so helpful and pleasant. We had an amazing time overall.

We had to book last minute as the day we were supposed to depart Capri all ferries were cancelled due to weather. Found this place and it was a little pricey but was a good hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive, except they left in the evening. The room was nice and clean but it looked like the toilet was leaking water and the pool deck was in rough shape. It was a good hotel for what we were needing.

This was an excellent place to stay. The customer service was top-notch with friendly assistance at any point. We truly enjoyed our stay. Poolside views were incredible!

Our check in was easy and convenient. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. The resort is seriously in a perfect spot. Walking distance (5 minutes or less) from taxis, busses and shopping. Right next to the hospital though and at breakfast we could hear someone screaming in pain. Quite tricky exiting the resort since there is no walkway outside. Just be prepared for that. But overall gorgeous.

Horrible service

The service is terrible. They are really not helpful at all. They don’t speak English well and they assume you know capri. We asked them to call us taxis multiple times and they said they couldn’t. We were forced to walk to the main circle to try and find a taxi on our own. They didn’t offer help with activities and after doing my own ressearch, I’d ask for help and they couldn’t help. They couldn’t even book be a reservation for a restaurant. It was really frustrating. To make matters worse, we arrived one day late because of a flight issue and the hotel refused to refund us for the first night that we missed. Even thought we had proof of our flights. They wouldn’t budge. No compassion, no appreciation for their guests. If you miss breakfast- u can’t even get a coffee after. We felt so alone. I would never ever go back here and would never recommend it to anyone. I am currently now in Amalfi and there is such a difference in the service we are receiving from the moment we arrived. Trust me- stay away from villa pergola. Not worth it. They’re assoles.
