また泊まりたいです。

カプリの中心地にあり、船着場からケーブルカーに乗り、降りて徒歩5分程の場所にあり、どこに行くにも非常に便利な立地です。ロビーはなく、事前に伝えたチェックインの時間に管理人の方が来て部屋の説明をしてくれました。ホテルの前の通りにはレストランやショップが並び、雰囲気がとても良いです。部屋は非常に清潔で、インテリアも良く、とても居心地が良かったです。シャワーの水もしっかりと出ました。ミニバーの水、ジュース、スパークリングワインは全て無料でした。オーナーと、管理人のアントニオさんはとても親切で、おすすめの観光スポットやレストランなどを詳細に教えてくれました。滞在中、わからないことをWhatsAppで聞くとすぐに教えてくれました。立地、部屋のクオリティ、ホスピタリティを考慮すると、間違いなく価格以上の価値があると思います。 Located in the center of Capri, it's about a 5-minute walk after getting off the cable car from the dock, making it a highly convenient location to go anywhere. There's no lobby, but the manager came at the check-in time we notified in advance and explained the room to us. The street in front of the hotel is lined with restaurants and shops, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The room was very clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The shower water ran nicely. All the water, juice, and sparkling wine in the minibar were free. The owner and the manager, Antonio, were very kind and detailed in telling us about recommended sightseeing spots and restaurants. During our stay, they quickly answered any questions we had via WhatsApp. Considering the location, room quality, and hospitality, I believe it is definitely worth more than its price.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Charming Capri Gem – Antonio Made It Unforgettable! 🇮🇹🌺 If you’re heading to Capri and not staying here… you’re doing it wrong. This Guesthouse was everything we hoped for—charming, peaceful, and just a few minutes’ walk from the main piazza, making it super easy to explore, shop, and sneak in one (or three) gelatos a day. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Antonio. He’s genuinely kind, incredibly helpful, and somehow always two steps ahead. From coordinating our luggage transfer to travel tips, he made us feel completely taken care of. The room itself was spotless and beautifully kept, with those little details that make you feel like someone really cares. Comfortable beds, thoughtful touches, and that cozy Capri charm that’s hard to describe but impossible to forget. If you’re looking for a stay that’s equal parts relaxing, convenient, and welcoming—this is it. We’ll definitely be back (and hopefully Antonio will still be there to greet us)!

Nossa experiência no Fuorlovado 40 foi maravilhosa! o quarto era o do andar de acesso, simplesmente lindo! todo reformado e muito bem cuidado, o banheiro tbm reformado com chuveiro ótimo! A localização é bem no centrinho de Capri mas numa rua tranquila. Nosso anfitrião Antônio é um italiano que fala português (do Brasil) perfeito, ele nos explicou em detalhes tudo a se fazer em Capri, dicas de restaurante e transporte, e nos ajudou muito, super simpático! além disso o custo benefício dessa charmosa Guest House é sem igual e recomendo fortemente! Numa próxima ida a Capri me hospedarei com toda certeza novamente em Fuorlovado 40!

Classic and simple

Honestly, this property was perfect. Super clean, comfy bed, strong Wi-Fi, and great air conditioning. The bathroom had everything we needed, and the shower pressure was amazing! I felt really taken care of. Totally worth the money. Antonio, manager gave us direction and picked us up from the square. He gave us Capri map and outlined with details which helped us plan our day. His restaurants recommendation was 👍. He was reachable via texts in case you need recommendations. It’s rare to find someone in hospitality who actually enjoys helping guests, and you can tell that Antonio takes pride in his job.

Everything about this property was easy and convenient. Antonio was constantly in touch and waited for us to arrive in Capri from the ferry in Naples. Then he met us in the town square and guided us to our rooms. The rooms are clean and in the center of Capri. Antonio provided us with local places to eat and advised on transportation. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.

A localização é excelente — em poucos passos estávamos nas ruazinhas charmosas de Capri, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da ilha. O quarto era super confortável, limpo e muito bem equipado, ideal para descansar depois de um dia explorando a ilha. Um destaque especial vai para o Antônio, que nos recebeu com uma simpatia e gentileza fora do comum. Ele nos fez sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento, sempre disponível para ajudar com dicas e recomendações. Essa atenção fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Great stay in a very clean and comfortable apartment. The apartment has a great location, very close to the restaurants and shopping area of the city, as well as the main square (Piazzetta di Capri).
