On the ground floor, you will find 2 separate living areas designed for relaxation and socializing. The first living room features an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and a CD-player, with direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy fresh air and scenic countryside views. The second living room provides additional space to unwind and opens directly onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level and includes an oven, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table and a further exit to the terrace. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, you will find all 3 bedrooms along with the second bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 80 cm and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm.
